Delete your account
You can request permanent deletion of your Rideely account and associated profile data from inside the mobile app.
Warning: Deletion is irreversible. Active trips, subscriptions, or payouts should be resolved before you delete your account.
Steps in the Rideely app
- Open Rideely and sign in.
- Go to your Profile (or account) section.
- Open account or security settings where Delete account is offered.
- Confirm with your password when prompted (this verifies it is you).
- Complete the confirmation flow. Your session will end and the account will be scheduled for deletion according to our backend policy.
Exact menu labels may vary by app version and language (French / Arabic). If you cannot find the option, update the app or contact support.
What happens after deletion
We stop using your account for active services. Some information may be retained for a limited period where the law requires (for example tax, fraud prevention, or dispute records). Aggregated or de-identified data may remain for analytics.
Need help?
If you are unable to delete from the app (lost access, etc.), use the official support email or form listed on the app store listing. Be prepared to verify ownership of the phone number or email on the account.
